Franklin Auto Repair

My family and I were traveling from Northern indiana to our spring break destination of gulf shores Alabama. Franklin is our half way point. Our 08 impala made it to the stop light right before our hotel entrance. It was late on a Sunday and no places were open. The wife and I looked online for the best options of a shop to look over our vehicle. We ended up talking to Crutcher’s because of the locals reference’s to their quality of service. They go far beyond any experience we have had at a car shop. The hospitality was beyond words. We continued our vacation travels with a rental car. They let us leave our vehicle on their lot until our return. They are very quick with service and send text alerts about updates on what is happening. If you have any travel emergency needs to your vehicle Crutcher’s is the place to go. Thank you guys for your excellence.
