This was my first visit to Crutcher's and I will definitely be back. The price was more than fair, all the work was explained to me in detail, and I was not pressured to do any extra work. It's an extra 25 minutes for me to get to Crutcher's, but it is absolutely worth it.

Reviews online were accurate as to what we experienced.

Nice front desk staff, honest people.

The work on my car took a lot longer than the technicians' original expectations. The shop was very apologetic about this, covered a ride share trip, and discounted the total cost by the amount that I paid for a rental car. Overall repairs included dimensions that no one could control, but the shop did a very good job explaining the challenges and listening to my concerns.

These guys are fast! Everything good so far. Would definitely go back.

They researched and found the problem. When we decided to not do the repair they charged a minimal fee for the work done.
