We've had our vehicle at Crutcher's two times over the last couple of months. The first time, Crutchers diagnosed and repaired the issue. We were very satisfied with the work. The second time, Crutchers did not repair the vehicle. Instead, the checked it and were unable to find a problem. They were honest enough to tell us that there was nothing to fix. And, they did not charge us a fee. We are so impressed and appreciative.
