I have been going to Crutcher's for lots of years and I am never disappointed in their service and professionalism.They never try to sell me something I don't need and they always help me discern what is urgent and what can wait. They have serviced around 8-10 different family cars and I am always confident that the repairs will last and that they will stand behind their work!

Very friendly and honest people. Went in to get a stripped lug nut removed and they removed it professionally without scratching the wheels or anything. Highly recommend them to anyone. Will be giving them my business in the future.

Great shop that has earned a 5-star reputation in Franklin. I moved all of my vehicles from Moody's to Crutcher's because I trust these folks. Their staff works closely with you and delivers superb customer service. I've been to them close to 5 times over the last 2 years and they are consistent and professional. First time fix with a smile and their competitively priced...that's a first for us. :-) I wouldn't trust my BMW, Cadillac or Jeep to anyone else.

Very honest - they didn't try to talk me into getting work done I didn't need and they went over the prices before doing anything. They have online booking which is great. I moved from Franklin into Nashville and I'll keep coming here just because it's hard to find an honest mechanic and they are great.

I was referred to Crutchers by my father in law and he could not have been more right to send me there. They were professional and had our truck fixed in just a few days. They were even so kind as to wash the gunk from the condenser and transmission fluid off the hood of the truck.. this was not something I expected, but was floored by this simple act of giving us our baby back all cleaned up.. they are very fair with pricing , the service can't be beat and they take care of your vehicle like it was theirs.. you can't go wrong by taking your vehicles to Crutchers
