Made appt. on line and work was done on time. Since it was an alignment I have no idea as to the quality or correctness other than the car steers correctly. Will wait and see tire wear.

When I received my car back and there was an issue related to the work, Crutcher's did not try to blame shift or minimize the problem. My car was towed back into the shop and promptly repaired. Despite experiencing an issue following the original work, it was the reaction and timely correction that earned Crutcher's a great rating.
