When I received my car back and there was an issue related to the work, Crutcher's did not try to blame shift or minimize the problem. My car was towed back into the shop and promptly repaired. The issues with my car were very difficult to diagnose, but the gang at Crutcher's stayed with it until they were able to determine that a bent spring in the thermostat was the cause of the overheating. I admire your persistence and tenacity. Keep up the great work!
