Franklin Auto Repair

I live in North Carolina and my daughter is in Franklin. Like any father, I want to know that my daughter is healthy and driving a safe car. Her car has required engine replacement and they have done it all. Each step of the way, Paul has called me and kept me informed. I can't say enough good things about this team. They are a rare find, and I highly recommend them.

called last week and spoke with Paul about the sound coming from under the hood. set up an appt for 9am today. called yesterday at 4:32pm to confirm my appt for 9am today. arrived shortly after 9am today to drop it off. i remarked how empty the lot was. i called at 3:11pm today to check on the car and they were just looking at it! they called at 4:51pm to tell me that they Think it is a belt and they have flipped it around so it won't make as much noise. this is my only vehicle and i need it to get to work tomorrow, which is shared with Paul. He responded that he wasn't sure that they had a belt to Actually Do The Job that needs to be done = replace the belt! he is to call me back! they close at 6pm! went back 1.5 weeks ago for water pump replacement. contacted Jamie directly and both he and Paul were very nice and professional. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely go back again.

My trusted auto shop...i have been a couple times where I could have sworn I needed brakes...they could have easily changed them unnecessarily but they were honest and let me know I didn't need them yet
