Crutcher's just did a big job on my F150 that took several days. They kept good contact with me the entire time and even called me a few weeks later to make sure I was satisfied and didn't have any concerns. I've never had a repair shop do that before! I've always had a good experience at Crutcher's from small to large jobs on my vehicles and will continue going there in the future. Also, I price shop around and Crutcher's always wins compared to other local shops.

I drive from West End for car repairs because I have yet to find another auto shop where I feel I will be treated as fairly as I am there. Everyone that works there is also incredibly nice. I always recommend y'all!

My car had broken down on a Sunday on a deserted side of the interstate with my deaf blind mother. On top of that stressful situation, I had it towed to a place that had done work on my car previously..to find out that the place no longer is open. I called this repair shop because it was closest and this company went above and beyond to get my car to fix it they had it fixed in less than 3 hours. The price was reasonable the work was quick and done right the first time! If anything happens to my car again without a doubt I will take it back to them simply for the way I was treated!
