My wife was driving to Nashville from Chattanooga on a Sunday evening when her car suddenly stopped. We were strangers, 150 miles from home. Calling friends, we were told to have the car pulled to Crutcher's. 'They will be fair and will only fix what needs to be fixed. You can trust them.' The wrecker took the car to Nashville and we returned home. Monday morning, I spoke to Jay. He reassured me that he would take care of us. For less than $100, the car was fixed. We drove back on Tuesday, happy customers of Crutcher's Auto!
