Had an accident about 3:30 PM. They would not help because it was too close to closing time. And no I did not copy and paste this or make a mistake. I’m not in your database because I’m not from your area. I was traveling through, had an accident on 840. I called you on the recommendation of a friend in the area. I was told it was too close to closing and that your business could not help me. I ended up having to get my car towed an hour and a half to Nashville. It’s still there waiting for parts. This has cost me thousands of dollars and I don’t appreciate you implying I’m lying or mistaken.
I'm sorry but that's worse, you wrecked which is something we dont repair, got mad at us because we didnt stay open late to not repair it, and think we deserve a bad review for a service we dont offer. I fail to see anything fair about that. Again I'm sorry for your situation, but your accident and it costing you thousands somewhere else has nothing to do with the services we do provide. Good morning, I'm sorry to hear of your accident and hope you are ok. I would have reached out to you directly but you are not in our customer database. I'm not exactly sure how your review relates to us as we are not a tow company or a body shop. We are a mechanical repair and service center, not what you would be looking for after a crash. That said, if you did need something else we could provide, to damage the reputation of our business and the others you seemed to copy and paste this review on because we are struggling with the work loads we already have and limited staffing, because we didn't further delay our current customers would be a bit selfish and unfair. I hope this is simply a misunderstanding or misplaced identity but if we did somehow provide you some disservice please call in and leave your contact information so I can call you and help make it right myself.
