Crutchers treated me with respect. As a woman, I always fear being taken advantage of. I had received an oil change elsewhere a couple of days Prior to taking my car to Crutchers. I asked the technicians to take a look at the same parts the other shop suggested being repaired. Crutchers explained that I didn't need 2 of the 3 services as suggested by the previous shop. Crutchers saved me $1,000. I highly recommend Crutchers.

My car had broken down on a Sunday on a deserted side of the interstate with my deaf blind mother. On top of that stressful situation, I had it towed to a place that had done work on my car previously..to find out that the place no longer is open. I called this repair shop because it was closest and this company went above and beyond to get my car to fix it they had it fixed in less than 3 hours. The price was reasonable the work was quick and done right the first time! If anything happens to my car again without a doubt I will take it back to them simply for the way I was treated! Thank you!

I am a woman, most repair shops think they can take advantage of a woman. I have have had old junky cars all my life so I know a little about repairs, lol. I started going to Crutcher's auto after a friend told me about them. The staff at Crutcher's is absolutely the BEST. I have had them work on 3 different things on my vehicle. The last time I called and got Derek, I told him I was flying out of town the next day and needed my vehicle fixed today. I had a rear back window that would not stay up, the motor was dead in it and my ignition switch was going out and I almost couldn't get it started that morning. Derek told me to bring it to them and they would do their best to fix it that day. I took it and the lot was packed with cars to be repaired. I was in a meeting and they could not get in touch with me to verify the amount for the repairs. At 2pm that day I called to get an update, The parts place stopped delivering the parts and the owner at Crutcher's (Jamie Crutcher) went to get them. They fixed my ride and I have had no issues at all. These guys are great and the owner will make sure your vehicle is fixed properly every time or he will make it right. Great Christian owner and awesome crew !
