I've used Crutchers for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They're always willing to show me exactly what's wrong before doing any recommended work on my card. Yeah. I'm one of "those" people who needs to understand the "why" before I'm convinced. I trust them to not take advantage of me.

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated at Crutcher's. I had been told by the dealership that I needed front brake pads and rotors but Crutcher's checked them and said I do not need them at this time. They did say I would need new rotors WHEN I need new pads but not at this point. They could easily have agreed and made more money...instead, they were honest and did not take advantage of me. I am happy with the tune-up they did which my car did need and they will definitely get my business in the future!

Very friendly and excellent customer service. Engine light on caused by work of another repair place. Crutcher's diagnosed issue, fixed it & did an overall inspection of my vehicle. Battery was in need of replacement (which I was unaware of) so had them replace it. Crutcher's only charged me for the new battery. What a breath of fresh air in this day & age. Will definitely be back along with recommendation to others!
