Very friendly and excellent customer service. Engine light on caused by work of another repair place. Crutcher's diagnosed issue, fixed it & did an overall inspection of my vehicle. Battery was in need of replacement (which I was unaware of) so had them replace it. Crutcher's only charged me for the new battery. What a breath of fresh air in this day & age. Will definitely be back along with recommendation to others!

We have only had GREAT experiences with Crutcher's. The last time I was there, they quickly identified that they could repair TWO issues for the price I had planned to pay for one. They could have just taken advantage of that and made bank on the one repair. But instead, they passed the savings on to ME so I could do additional work that would smooth out my drive. And when they worked on my husband's car, they gave us a heads up that we would be needing new brake pads in the next 15,000 miles and also new tires soon, so we could be budgeting for that upcoming expense. We are beyond thankful for these guys...for how professional, skilled, and honest they are. We will never go anywhere else!

I called Crutcher's about a new HVAC console panel. They not only quoted me a new part price but also the used part price. They told me it would take two days to repair, and it was done within the day!

Always do an excellent job. Friendly staff. Replaced my brakes for no charge when they could not stop the squeak. Amazing.
